My Story
Our Dear Guests,
Let me warmly welcome you to our Holidayhouse Alžbetka in Važec. It is a great honour for us that you visited our website and consider to spend your holidays in our holidayhouse. We are a family business focusing on providing accomodation in two holidayhouses in Važec in the Tatra region since 2020.
With former experience in managing positions, finances, tourism, rental services and also housekeeping cleaning services abroad we strive to offer you pleasant, comfortable and safe environment to spend your holidays with us.

If you would like advice on where to go in the surrounding area, I will be happy to help you and offer you tips for nice walks in the Western Tatras, High Tatras, Low Tatras, Slovak Paradise depending on your requirements and the time of year. As a certified tourist guide, I will be happy to accompany you on your hikes, if you wish.

Apart from my professional interests, I am a keen runner and since my early 40´s I took part in a couple of competitions together with my family. No surprise that I prefer to spend my free time in nature hiking with my family, two adult sons, friends, or guests both in Slovakia and abroad. ​
